What are your processing times?
Our current processing times are found at the top of the home page. Generally you can expect your order to take 1-3 days to process. If there are any changes to the processing times the home page will be updated.
Where do you ship?
We ship within Canada. At this time we do not ship outside of Canada.
How long does it take for my order to arrive at its location?
Shipping times vary depending on where the package is sent. All parcels are expedited. For specific information on where the package is and its estimated arrival date, a tracking number is included in an email to the customer on the date it is dispatched.
Who is your shipping provider?
Canada Post is our main shipping provider but we will ship via a different method if you ask. This may incur an additional charge.
I'm local. What should I expect?
If you are local, you will be emailed and a drop off time can be arranged at your convenience. We are respectful of COVID guidelines and practice contactless drop off.
What happens if there is an issue with shipping?
If there is an issue with shipping, we will communicate with the shipping provider to figure out what happened right away.
What if something is broken upon arrival?
Send us an email with a picture of the box and its broken contents. A replacement product will be sent.
