Hi! My name is Charline and my home-based business is located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. 

My original career was in Horticulture and when I had my children I became more conscious of the products being brought into our household.  Many of them were harsh and drying, also most had excessive packaging that made me wince. I decided to take my love of soap and extend it to all bath products. Soon after, I launched my small business as a way to share what I make with others. Mainprize Soap and Lotion Supply has now been in business for five years, but I have been passionate about bath and body products for a long time.

 I made my first soap cutter when I was 17 years old, which was over 15 years ago!  I was inspired by a soap book my grandmother gave me when I asked how she grew up. It opened my eyes to how beautiful, simple and ingenious hand made products could be if you put your heart into them. Now with two children of my own, I continue to make handmade items that are not only great for your skin but fun to use as well!
